Follow these steps to register:
1)Install gravity 1.3 first.
2)Open gravity & click on go online.
3)Click on info & updates, you will see "thanks for registering".
4)Close gravity 1.3 & install gravity 2.8.
5)Open gravity 2.8 & Click on info & updates, you will see "thanks for registering".
6)Uninstall gravity 1.3

My 5230 is hacked but this only worked as a DEMO and it expired after 10 days.

Here's what you need to do:
1) Install Gravity 2.8 version.
2) Don't go online just yet.
3) Log in to Twitter using 'Can't log in to Twitter' option.
4) Open your profile.
5) Go online from there.
Note: For me, it updates the TL and replies but I can't tweet and as soon as I go back to add another Twitter account, it shows the 'Demo Expire' and I can't access the account anymore and have to repeat this whole process.
